This Thursday (April 11) will see the Kangas hold their 4th annual season launch at Blackburn Park, Ouyen.
With our first game of the season only days away, Thursday night will be the last chance for all of our 2019 coaches to put their respective teams through their paces, before selecting their sides to take on Irymple on Saturday.
Junior trainings will commence from 4:30pm, with senior trainings to commence from 6:00pm.
2019 Season Memberships will be available to purchase on the night, along with merchandise orders. Alternatively, you can also place these orders online via our website store by clicking here.
Thursday night will also see the auctioning of our 2019 No. 1 Membership Ticket. In past years this honour has been held by Phyllis Munro (2016), Deb Vallance (2017) and Peter McCarthy (2018). The Auction will commence at 8:30pm and is an amazing opportunity for supporters to etch their name in club history.
As always, Thursday night tea will be available and selected teams will be announced from 8:00pm.
The Club will also be running buses for members and supporters along both the Patche/Speed/Tempy and the Underbool/Walpy lines.
The Patche/Speed/Tempy bus will depart the Patche Pub at 6:15pm, pick up at the Speed Shop at 6:30pm, pick up in Tempy around 6:40ish and arrive at Blackburn Park around 7ish.
The Underbool/Waply bus will leave Gloster's at 6:15pm, pick up at the Walpy Shop at 6:30pm and arrive at Blackburn Park around 7ish.
Return trip $10 per person, payable to the driver on pick up.
